We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This role is fundamental to the daily operations of our facility, contributing to the efficient handling of goods. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various tasks, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, picking orders, packing items, and preparing them for dispatch. You will work in a dynamic and active environment, where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are highly valued. Your commitment to Safety is paramount, and you will receive comprehensive training on all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE, and be expected to maintain a safe working environment at all times. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of items, so physical stamina is important. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and securing packages.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Properly use and maintain required PPE.
- Meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Support the overall Logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Understanding and adherence to Safety protocols.
- Willingness to use all required PPE.
- Familiarity with basic Logistics principles is helpful.
