We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team at our Portland, Oregon facility. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly, playing a critical role in our Logistics operations. The ideal candidate is motivated, enjoys working in a team-oriented setting, and has a strong commitment to accuracy and speed. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, using RF scanners to track inventory, staging picked items for packing, and maintaining an organized and safe work area. This position requires consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations according to order specifications
- Utilize RF scanners to manage inventory and track order progress
- Verify picked items against order lists for accuracy
- Stage picked orders for the packing department
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed
- Follow all company policies and procedures
