We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our vibrant team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped. You will work in a fast-paced distribution center environment, contributing to the smooth flow of goods within our logistics network. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to providing excellent service. Responsibilities include order picking, using scanning devices, packing items securely, and preparing shipments for delivery. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring proper packaging and materials are used.
- Prepare shipments for various carriers, including labeling and documentation.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear required PPE , including safety glasses and vests.
- Contribute to team goals and meet daily productivity targets.
- Handle products, which may involve repetitive motion and moderate lifting .
- Support overall warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning devices.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Must be able to wear and use required PPE .
- Reliable and punctual.
