What to Expect
Collaborate with various departments to capture requirements and create reporting solutions Assist in predictive intervention strategy analytics and track progress Develop methodologies for medical record collection and streamline review processes Conduct strategic data mining to identify gaps in provider performance Analyze data sets for anomalies and trends using statistical tools and techniques
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Math, Economics, or equivalent discipline Minimum of 5 years of experience in data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning At least 5 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with complex SQL queries Proficiency in Microsoft T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS for a minimum of 5 years Minimum of 3 years of experience in predictive modeling in healthcare quality data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with data science techniques and programming languages like Python and R Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop Previous work with HEDIS rate tracking and medical record review interventions
