This is a two-hats role: keep our office running smoothly AND help design beautiful kitchens and bathrooms. If you love varietysome days you're answering phones and scheduling jobs, other days you're creating 3D kitchen renderingsthis is for you. The split: This role starts at about 80% admin, 20% design. As you grow and learn, the design portion can expandbut we need someone who's excited about the admin side first. You'll report to Paul, our Kitchen & Bath General Manager, and receive hands-on training from our team. What You'll Do
Admin side: Be the friendly first voice customers hear when they call Schedule jobs, coordinate with field crews, and keep projects on track Order materials and verify cabinet deliveries Handle invoicing, timecards, and project tracking Customer follow-up before, during, and after projects Design side: Create kitchen and bathroom designs in 2020 Design and SketchUp Meet with homeowners to understand their vision Present design concepts and help customers make selections What We're Looking For
Some experience with kitchen/bath design or interior design Familiarity with 2020 Design and/or SketchUp (or similar software) Strong communication skillswritten and verbal Must be detail-orientedaccuracy matters in this role Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities Reliable transportation Positive attitude and willingness to learn Bonus points: Experience in construction/remodeling, cabinet ordering, or customer service.
