Operations Excellence Coordinator (hybrid, ≥70% (m/f/d))Do you enjoy creating structure, keeping things organised, and knowing that your work makes a real difference?As Operations Excellence Coordinator, you ensure that EiiF’s administrative and operational backbone runs smoothly, reliably, and efficiently.The European Industrial Insulation Foundation (EiiF) works at the intersection of energy efficiency, industry, and sustainability. Through thermal energy audits (TIPCHECK), training programmes (EiiF Academy), and awareness-building activities, we help industry reduce energy waste and emissions. To support our strong but small international team, we are looking for a dedicated Operations Excellence Coordinator who is motivated to grow into the role and actively shape and further develop it.Your Key FocusAdministration & finance (backoffice, invoicing, bookkeeping, databases)EiiF Membership & TIPCHECK Programme administrationCoordination support for meetings and occasional eventsWhat You BringExperience in administration, operations, or a multi-tasking office roleStrong organisational skills and a self-driven working styleVery comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital toolsExcellent written communication skills in English and FrenchGerman is a plusWhat We OfferA meaningful role in a well-established international non-profit organisationHigh autonomy, flexible working hours, and home-office optionsA respectful working culture where the best idea winsPurpose-driven work contributing to energy efficiency and sustainability????
