Position: Client Services Associate
Employment: Full-time (40 Hours/Week), 10am-6pm
Location: Burlington, ON (In Office)
Salary: $45,000/yr to start
We're looking for an enthusiastic Client Services Associate who is self-motivated and passionate about amazing customer service. If you love talking to people, solving problems and being surprisingly helpful, then this role is for you
As an integral part of the customer-facing team, this role provides support and guidance to employers, employees and job seekers who have varied needs related to their health and safety training and the use of Worksite's online learning system. The Client Services Associate sees that clients and prospective clients have an amazing experience throughout their entire time with Worksite.
Based out of our Burlington, Ontario head office, this full-time role (40hrs/wk) is an existing vacancy and has a schedule of 10am - 6pm daily, with possible shifts from Sunday to Saturday.
As a Client Services Associate you can expect to:
- Interact with people by phone, chat and email to resolve questions about online and instructor-delivered health and safety training
- Handle a steady volume of back‑to‑back calls while maintaining a calm, professional tone
- Document interactions clearly and accurately across multiple systems
- Assist with basic technical support related to Worksite's online training courses
- Register customers in instructor-led training held at Worksite locations across Canada
- Provide basic occupational health and safety guidance and redirect customers to appropriate internal subject matter experts as required
- Assist instructors with in-class requests
- Follow up with existing clients to support them with any questions about their training purchases
- Explore customer needs through conversation and build rapport
- Identify areas to improve customer experience based on customer feedback and your own observations
About You
You'll be a perfect fit for this energetic team if:
- You love talking to people, learning what they need, and helping them find a solution
- You stay calm and steady under pressure and don't take customer tone personally
- You enjoy working collaboratively and supporting your team
- You're comfortable with structured workflows, routine tasks and managing a consistent call queue
- You think outside the box when it comes to solutions that are surprisingly helpful to ensure our clients are happy
- You can navigate the internet and apps at lightning speed, but you are genuinely patient and understand that not everyone has the great technical skills that you have.
You'll need to bring:
- Experience in a relationship-centric communications-based role such as customer service, call centre or technical support
- Experience with a CRM and/or client support system (Zendesk preferred)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer tech/IT an asset
- Able to legally work in Canada
Bonus skills (nice to have):
- Experience with messaging or chat‑based support
- Experience in hybrid call/chat workflows
- Experience in education or student support environments
- Experience in a call‑centre environment
