Responsibilities:
- Accurately identify and retrieve products from warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Verify product counts and specifications to ensure order accuracy.
- Package picked items appropriately for shipment, adhering to company standards.
- Use scanning equipment to track inventory movement and order progress.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, free from any safety hazards.
- Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or equipment issues to your supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet and exceed daily fulfillment targets.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product information accurately.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Strict adherence to all safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Understanding the importance of safety in a dynamic logistics operation.
