Our Colorado Springs, Colorado facility is looking for a reliable Material Handler to contribute to our warehouse operations. This role is critical for managing the movement and organization of materials within our facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that materials are received, stored, and prepared for dispatch efficiently and safely. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials.
- Store materials in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and prepare materials for outgoing shipments.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear and correctly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory control tasks as directed.
- Report any issues with materials, equipment, or safety hazards.
Qualifications:
Experience in a material handling or warehouse environment is beneficial. Ability to perform regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs is required. Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics is helpful. A strong focus on Safety and adherence to all regulations is essential. Physical stamina and good manual dexterity are necessary. Reliability and a positive attitude are valued.
