We are seeking enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our logistics team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from our inventory and carefully packing them for shipment to our valued customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential for ensuring order accuracy and customer satisfaction. This position involves frequent movement throughout the warehouse and requires the ability to perform consistent Lifting. We place a high priority on Safety, and all employees are required to adhere to our Safety protocols and wear the designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items based on order sheets and scanning devices.
- Inspect picked items for damages and report any issues.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station and work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Follow all logistics and order fulfillment procedures.
- Perform tasks involving moderate Lifting throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to wearing all required PPE.
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory flow.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
