Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with inventory checks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Operate hand trucks or other equipment as needed.
- Contribute to team goals and workflow efficiency.
- Report any issues with inventory or equipment to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order picking lists.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Capability for lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
This position requires physical dexterity and the ability to work at a steady pace. You will be expected to follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE, to ensure a safe working environment within our logistics operations.
