Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina! We are seeking individuals passionate about efficient order processing and customer satisfaction to be part of our logistics hub. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with speed and accuracy. Your attention to detail is critical in ensuring that the right products are sent to the right customers, contributing directly to our company's success. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to Safety are essential. You will work in a fast-paced environment, playing a key role in our supply chain. We foster a culture that prioritizes Safety and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity and presentation.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packing.
- Process orders for shipment, including applying labels and required documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Perform physical tasks including manual Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks including Lifting.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Strong commitment to Safety and following instructions.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
