Job Summary:

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will handle a variety of tasks, from receiving inventory to preparing outgoing shipments. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment safely, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and use required PPE.
  • Participate in inventory control and cycle counts.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required to support logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or a related logistics role is a plus.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of your shift, and perform tasks involving frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 45 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and the proper use of PPE.
  • Understanding of order fulfillment processes and general logistics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
