Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and use required PPE.
- Participate in inventory control and cycle counts.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or a related logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of your shift, and perform tasks involving frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and the proper use of PPE.
- Understanding of order fulfillment processes and general logistics.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
