Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety standards.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and logistics.
- Utilize and maintain all required PPE to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and contribute to overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse functions and logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and occasional overtime as needed.
- Dedication to safety and willingness to wear required PPE.
