Join our innovative team as a Fulfillment Associate in Cincinnati, Ohio! We are searching for enthusiastic individuals to contribute to the efficient processing of orders in our state-of-the-art warehouse. This role involves a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will be integral to our logistics operations, ensuring our customers receive their products accurately and on time. A strong focus on detail, speed, and accuracy is essential for success in this fast-paced environment. We emphasize a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare items for shipment, including boxing, labeling, and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to all Safety standards.
- Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE ) as required for specific tasks.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center environment is beneficial.
- Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.
- Skilled in performing tasks that involve repetitive motion and manual dexterity.
- Capable of Lifting and moving items up to 40 lbs.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of general logistics and shipping procedures.
- Strong adherence to Safety protocols and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
