About
Seeking a diligent Fulfillment Associate for our Boise, Idaho warehouse operations. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be involved in the entire order fulfillment process, from picking and packing to ensuring orders are ready for shipment. Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service through accurate and timely order processing. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, motivated, and thrive in a busy warehouse setting.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanning equipment and pick lists.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Package items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label outgoing shipments correctly according to shipping requirements.
- Conduct quality control checks on all fulfilled orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Comply with all warehouse Safety guidelines and company policies.
- Proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is essential for your well-being.
- Must be able to perform frequent manual Lifting of items up to 35 lbs.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or order picking is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret product information and order details.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Comfortable with regular manual Lifting and material handling.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse Safety procedures.
