Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in our Fort Worth, Texas facility! We are looking for motivated individuals to perform a wide range of tasks to support our daily logistics operations. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role is essential for ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting the demands of our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment where Safety and teamwork are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Store merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper organization and rotation.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on customer requirements.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is expected at all times.
- Must be able to perform manual Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
- Comfortable with manual Lifting and material handling.
- Basic understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
