- You identify and push data-driven use cases such as cross-channel retention campaigns.
- With your understanding of data management and system landscapes, you develop solutions that ensure the efficient use of customer data.
- You advise specialist departments such as Sales, CRM and Product Management on data-driven campaign optimization.
- As a central interface, you work closely and on an equal footing with teams from Marketing, Development and Analytics. You have a strong understanding of technology and you coordinate requirements for data quality, interfaces and feasibility.
- Ideally, you will have extensive analytical knowledge and be able to carry out analyses using Tableau or SQL.
