About us: We are a plumbing company and have been in the plumbing trade since 1991. MT Drains & Plumbing is well known for bringing together experienced individuals and reliable professionals. MT Drains & Plumbing provides drain, plumbing and waterproofing services to residential and commercial customers in the GTA and surrounding areas.
A list of our services includes but is not limited to: drain services include camera inspection and locating, custom homes, new construction, full-service bathroom renovation, pumps and more.
Position: Full-Time
We are seeking a full-time manager to support our busy, fast-paced production office. The primary focus of this role will be calling and answering leads, managing client inquiries, and general administrative tasks. This position requires a fluent and proficient English speaker to ensure clear and professional communication with clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage incoming calls and emails from leads and customers professionally.
  • Call potential leads to schedule appointments or follow up on inquiries.
  • Greet visitors and direct calls or questions to the appropriate team member.
  • General office duties including filing, data entry, and processing electronic payments.
  • Maintain and organize customer information.
  • Support team members as needed with administrative tasks.
  • File permits and locates.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Must be a fluent and proficient English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in using computers and office software.
  • Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and enthusiastic.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
