Responsibilities:
* Implement individual treatment plans for consumers
* Assist with daily living activities, including but not limited to preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene
* Develop a rapport with consumers and cultivate a safe and supportive environment
* Complete case notes and other documentaiton on a daily basis
Qualifications and Skills Needed:
* Must be at least 18 years old
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Valid Indiana Drivers License
* Ability to pass a background check and driving record
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate about the care and well-being of others
We provide care in several different counties and hire both full-time and part-time employee's. All needed training is provided.
