We place quality, process rigor, and human relations at the heart of our model, which is based on certified standards (ISO 17100 and ISO 9001) and a carefully selected network of partner linguists.Translation Project Manager (Permanent Contract)Your RoleAs a true conductor of linguistic projects, you are responsible for managing projects, ensuring deadlines are met, deliverable quality, and communication with all internal and external stakeholders.The profession of project manager in a translation agency is evolving rapidly, particularly with the increasing use of tools and artificial intelligence in the processes. In this context, we are looking for a person open to technological evolutions, capable of taking a step back on existing practices and proposing ways to evolve the position and methods.The role notably includes:- More advanced and relevant use of tools for production processes related to new AI-related practices.- An active contribution to continuous improvement and performance.Project Management- Take charge of translation projects from A to Z, from receiving requests to final delivery.- Plan stages, manage deadlines, and coordinate linguistic resources.- Ensure communication with translators and teams.Quality Assurance & Compliance- Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures.- Apply and uphold ISO 17100 and ISO 9001 standards.- Conduct quality checks.- Guarantee terminological and stylistic consistency.Network of Linguists- Select, recruit, and retain translators.- Maintain trusting and lasting relationships.- Evaluate performance and quality.Cross-functional Collaboration- Collaborate closely with the sales team (sales, account management).- Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes.Your Profile- Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's), ideally in business or management.- Proficient in French and good command of English; an additional language is an advantage.- Proven capabilities and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding environment.- Rigor, autonomy, attention to detail, and stress resistance.- Comfort and enjoyment in teamwork.- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.What We Offer- A permanent contract at 80% within a rapidly growing company.- A dynamic, multicultural work environment with varied projects and prestigious clients in Switzerland.- Real autonomy in managing projects with development prospects according to your skills and ambitions.- A respectful, human-oriented working environment that promotes equality.
