We are looking for a Planner to join the Supply Chain Team X Eysins, Switzerland. The role is a full permanent position working flexible working MISSIONReporting to the Head of Procurement, the Planner will be responsible for managing the procurement of from X in order to achieve the required quality, cost and on time X for all main responsibilities will and Planning:Work with manufacturing team X forecasts, identify and formalize production needs in demand with suppliers to establish optimal replenishment plans for supplies continuityReview and monitor of purchasable items X ensure replenishment parameters MoQ, FLM, X , Min-MAX stock stup are up to orders and ensure continuous accuracy of orders (orders quantities, delivery and pricing).Ensure parts & are most competitive price and delivered on time X .Ensure orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts, report non-conformances.Support as needed the P2P processMaster Management and MRP tool improvement:Work with the Buyers and leverage to improve Oracle (MOQ, FLM, Leadtime, Min-Max…)Take over Excel MRP tool ownership and support deployment in the Procurement actively to the development of MosaiQ™ ERP Purchasing moduleDevelop purchasing MosaiQ™ Standard Procedures (SOP s)Occasional Sourcing:Identify new MosaiQ™ suppliers, agree terms X agreements where including discount structures and volume X and solutions in QMS X (Change Controls and ERP forms management)Work with R&D and other stakeholders to understand their needs and identify efficienciesUnderstand the industry to identify potential new suppliers in the spirit of dual sourcing / risk and efficiency COMPETENCIESBachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or Business with comprehensive knowledge and experience in raw competency in Excel and Power BIFluent in both French and English.Experience in pharma, biotech, IVD or medical devices would be a plusTeam X excellent interpersonal levels, able to clearly and concisely, efficient partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.Occasional travel may be required as WE OFFERA highly dynamic and growing environment,An opportunity to live your passion for an intrapreneurial mindset, where and customer centricity heart of everything we do,A flexible working environment where applicable and a range of core and flexible benefits, ranging from X support, additional annual leave, cycle to work scheme, technology and access to marketplace discounts.Interested?
