Project Engineer

• Müller Yogurt & Desserts: As the UK's leading yogurt manufacturer, we create delightful moments with brands like Müller Corner, Müllerlight, and Müller Rice, while also supplying the private label yogurt market from our state-of-the-art facility.

We are excited to announce an opening for a Project Engineer at our Müller Milk & Ingredients business, based in either Droitwich or Severnside . This is a permanent position that requires a full UK driving license due to travel across our sites.

As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch engineering projects that align with our business vision and OGSM strategic plan. Your mission? To ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Continuously improve our systems and support enhancement activities across all areas.
• Understand Total Cost of Ownership to deliver effective, fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Maintain strict control over project budgets, ensuring transparency from concept to closure.
• Coach and mentor site leadership teams in managing minor capital projects.
• Adhere to Müller’s project management and investment processes for technical investments.
• Ensure all project completion and handover documentation is submitted to relevant site teams.
• Support the wider project team in achieving the OGSM objectives of the business.

• A degree in a relevant STEM subject (Engineering, Physics, Maths, Science) or equivalent industry experience.
• Project management experience or qualification, preferably within an FMCG environment.
• Familiarity with project management systems (e.g., MS Project).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Capability to operate effectively at all levels within the business.
• A full UK driving license.
