We are seeking a certified and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials within our warehouse. This critical role ensures the smooth flow of goods and maintains inventory accuracy. Your duties will include performing pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on forklifts, adhering strictly to all safety regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will also assist with receiving and shipping operations, including verifying quantities and inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments for damage. Experience with various types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) is highly desirable. You must be comfortable with lifting items up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment. The use of appropriate PPE is mandatory at all times.
