About
Our Phoenix, Arizona warehouse is looking for an experienced Reach Truck Operator to enhance our storage and retrieval efficiency. This role is vital for maximizing our warehouse space and ensuring the smooth movement of inventory. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in operating reach trucks, committed to Safety, and knowledgeable about warehouse best practices. Your responsibilities will include operating the reach truck to place and retrieve goods in high-level racking, performing regular equipment checks, and maintaining an orderly work area. A solid understanding of our Logistics operations and inventory management systems will be advantageous. We strictly enforce Safety regulations, and the mandatory use of appropriate PPE is a cornerstone of this role. While reach truck operation is key, occasional manual Lifting may also be required.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a reach truck for moving and storing inventory.
- Load and unload materials from racking systems accurately.
- Conduct daily inspections of reach truck equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE consistently.
- Follow all Logistics operational workflows.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Perform manual Lifting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating a reach truck.
- Valid forklift or reach truck operator certification.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Strong commitment to Safety and proper PPE usage.
- Ability to perform tasks involving moderate manual dexterity and occasional Lifting.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability and punctuality.
