We are looking for energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our bustling facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of essential tasks that keep our operations running smoothly, from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our warehouse. Responsibilities include using equipment to move materials, organizing stock, and ensuring order accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately.
- Prepare shipments for delivery.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Comfortable wearing PPE.
- Awareness of Safety protocols.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
