Job Summary:
Our Charlotte, North Carolina location is seeking a reliable and organized Inventory Clerk to join our bustling warehouse team. As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the smooth flow of our logistics operations. You will be responsible for data entry, cycle counting, tracking stock movement, and assisting with audits. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding our Safety standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to verify stock accuracy.
  • Record inventory data accurately into the inventory management system.
  • Track the movement of inventory within the warehouse and report any discrepancies.
  • Assist in receiving and put-away processes, ensuring items are correctly identified and stored.
  • Generate inventory reports as needed for management.
  • Support inventory audits by providing necessary documentation and assistance.
  • Adhere to all warehouse Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Organize and maintain inventory records for efficient logistics.
  • Must be able to assist with tasks involving moderate Lifting and moving of inventory items, up to 40 lbs.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and supervisors regarding inventory status.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar warehouse/inventory role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software or systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
