About
Join our fast-paced warehouse team in Miami, Florida, as a Warehouse Associate! You will play a vital role in our daily operations, handling a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center. This position requires a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and accuracy. You'll be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, making this a dynamic and engaging role within our logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and report discrepancies.
- Stock received merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of products.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required/provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all company Safety guidelines.
- Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Must be able to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 60 lbs.
- Follow all procedures related to logistics and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
