About
We are seeking an energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in Dallas, Texas. This position is crucial for ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. You will be involved in all stages of the fulfillment process, from receiving and storing goods to picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding our high standards of Safety and operational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items from shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and Safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and wear necessary PPE.
- Must be capable of frequent Lifting of products up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including standing, walking, and Lifting for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safe workplace.
