You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and safe Lifting practices.
- Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment goals and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.
