Join our team as an Order Picker in sunny Phoenix, Arizona! We are looking for energetic individuals to accurately and efficiently pick products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is crucial to our logistics operations, ensuring that customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, locating items using a scanning device, and preparing them for the packing and shipping stages. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated locations in the warehouse using order lists or scanning devices.
- Ensure correct product and quantity are picked for each order.
- Transport picked items to the staging area for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse aisles.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of required PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as needed.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to a supervisor.
- Meet or exceed picking productivity targets.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned to support the logistics team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
