Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and into designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following all warehouse protocols.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet operational targets.
- Support various warehouse functions as needed to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or similar experience is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended shifts.
- Capability to perform lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Dependability and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Familiarity with basic logistics principles is a plus.
