We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our bustling logistics center in Los Angeles, California. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be at the forefront of our operations, handling a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory with care and efficiency.
- Accurately record and stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists with high accuracy.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required/provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and security.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous but not essential.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse workflows.
- A strong understanding of and adherence to safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical.
