Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our bustling logistics center in Los Angeles, California. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be at the forefront of our operations, handling a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. This role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming inventory with care and efficiency.
  • Accurately record and stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists with high accuracy.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required/provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and security.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous but not essential.
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse workflows.
  • A strong understanding of and adherence to safety protocols and the use of PPE.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical.
