About
Our rapidly expanding logistics center in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate. This role is central to our mission of delivering exceptional service, involving a variety of tasks within the warehouse environment, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping orders. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be hands-on with inventory and integral to the entire order fulfillment cycle. Your contribution ensures that products move smoothly through our supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock shelves and storage locations with incoming goods.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Perform regular lifting of items, up to 50 lbs, following proper techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, contributing to overall logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking.
- Comfortable with manual labor and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
