You'll be responsible for picking products, packaging them securely, and managing inventory within our facility. A commitment to safety , efficiency, and excellent teamwork is essential for success. As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll be a key player in our logistics network, directly impacting customer satisfaction. We provide all required PPE and offer thorough training. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform regular lifting of up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. We are dedicated to fostering a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing warehouse space, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This is a great opportunity to grow with a thriving company.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items carefully and securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy and shipping details before dispatch.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain inventory integrity through proper stock rotation and organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Contribute to the smooth flow of goods within the logistics chain.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from potential hazards.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or retail is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of workplace safety .
- Willingness to wear and properly use required PPE .
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Motivation to learn and adapt to new processes.
