Job Summary:
Are you a natural leader with excellent organizational skills? Our St. Louis, Missouri facility is looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to manage and optimize our warehouse operations. This critical role ensures that inventory is managed efficiently, staff is effectively deployed, and all logistics run like clockwork. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with carriers and vendors to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Enforce all safety regulations, company policies, and ensure proper use of PPE.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Manage stock rotation and ensure optimal use of storage space.
  • Generate reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or coordination role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
  • Proven ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated understanding of logistics operations and supply chain best practices.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of safety procedures, including the importance of PPE.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
