About
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk for our warehouse operations in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory records. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, managing stock levels, and assisting with the organization of warehouse goods. You will work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure efficient stock rotation and prevent stockouts or overages. A commitment to Safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential in this role. This position requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within our fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Update inventory records accurately in the system.
- Monitor stock levels and report on low or excess inventory.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes.
- Organize warehouse stock for efficient retrieval and storage.
- Ensure proper labeling and identification of all inventory items.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Generate reports on inventory status and movement.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize inventory management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an inventory clerk or in a related warehouse/logistics role.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform some physical tasks, including occasional Lifting.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of Safety principles in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable wearing and using necessary PPE.
