Day by day, our Tech & Product Team of about 400 experts pursues the goal of creating the best possible customer shopping experience for our online marketplace. Through innovative technical developments, they not only create an outstanding shopping experience but also lay the foundation for an optimal selling experience for our sellers. Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail
- You serve as the central point of contact for our data solution suite (Tableau, Pushmetrics, Secoda), providing first-level support to users with tool operation, access issues, technical troubleshooting and feature application guidance
- You oversee comprehensive tool administration, performance monitoring and vendor relationship management to resolve issues and evaluate new features
- You develop and implement data governance frameworks and best practices (e.g. data discoverability and literacy)
- You collaborate closely with embedded analysts and analytics engineers to optimize our data solutions' performance and integration
- You develop and maintain dashboards and reports when needed, taking full ownership of these projects from conception to delivery
- You evaluate potential new data tools and technologies to continuously enhance our capabilities and meet evolving organizational needs
- You have experience as a power user of data visualization tools (particularly Tableau) with proven abilities in tool administration, user support and vendor management
- You possess intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve technical issues with data tools
- You have experience implementing data governance practices, including effective permission structures and asset management processes
- You are a service-oriented communicator who explains technical concepts clearly across expertise levels, takes initiative to identify improvement opportunities, and thrives in cross-functional environments while enabling others through technology and best practices
