About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to help keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll support the General Manager and broader team by maintaining internal systems, coordinating projects, and ensuring that key initiatives are executed on time and on track.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys maintaining structure, managing timelines, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring that details don’t slip through the cracks. Job purpose
To support the operational success of the Canadian business by coordinating strategic projects, maintaining commercial systems and reporting frameworks, and enabling cross-functional execution. This role ensures progress on key initiatives and drives process disciplines, allowing the general manager to stay focused on high-impact priorities.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate and follow through on cross-functional projects tied to the business plan’s strategic priorities
- Maintain and update the commercial management system (CMS), tracking KPIs, CRM call data, and performance dashboards
- Support monthly commercial review meetings: prepare agendas, compile data, lead logistics, and summarize outcomes
- Track team deliverables (e.g., sales reports, territory plans, expenses) and flag when follow-up is needed
- Own and organize internal systems: shared drives, document control, knowledge bases, and process templates
- Liaise with IT and other corporate functions to ensure reporting tools, data feeds, and CRM systems are functioning effectively
- Assist with expense report audits, budget tracking, and report preparation for leadership
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, commercial support, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and shared drives; familiarity with CRM systems is an asset
- Comfortable building and maintaining trackers, dashboards, or reports
- Effective communicator who can follow up professionally and keep people aligned
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to cross-functional stakeholders
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or other regulated industries is a plus
