Your Role

As an Integrated Manufacturing Technician, you’ll join a dynamic maintenance team at our state-of-the-art facility in Wolverhampton. This multi-skilled role offers you the chance to:

  • Provide engineering maintenance support to all manufacturing assets and equipment.
  • Work with advanced technologies, including automated equipment, robots, and complex tooling.
  • Contribute to the production of Battery Packs, Electric Drive Units, and other electrification machinery.

Whether you’re an electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, or a multiskilled engineer, we’ll provide the training and support you need to enhance your skills. You’ll have access to industry-leading training programs, including Siemens, Kuka, and ABB Robotics Training, all while working in one of the cleanest and most modern factories around.

What to Expect

As a vital member of the Maintenance team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first response to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime through safe working practices.
  • Conducting PM checks and running checks, ensuring timely completion.
  • Implementing permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
  • Carrying out weekend/shutdown work and delivering projects as needed.
  • Embracing training opportunities as required by the business.
What You'll Need

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • A relevant Level 3 NVQ/BTEC/City and Guilds in Engineering.
  • Significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with CNC Machining Centres and related systems, including conveyor systems and machining of aluminium or steel.
  • A solid understanding of Siemens PLCs and electrical fault-finding techniques.
