1. Enforcing all applicable U.S. statutes relating to customs, immigration, agriculture, regulatory requirements imposed by other agencies such as Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS) & Environmental Protection Agency
2. Inspecting cargo manifests for accuracy prior to inspection or release
