About
Role Overview: As Application Support Manager, you will lead the support and optimization of our EMR platforms and other critical business applications. This hands-on role is vital to the successful rollout, adoption, and ongoing reliability of major systems across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead EMR Support: Oversee day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and configuration for EMR platforms (e.g., HST Pathways, Input Health, Juvonno), ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction.
- Major Application Rollouts: Manage and execute the deployment of new applications, including planning, training, and post-launch support.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor application support analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to align application functionality with operational needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and enhance user experience.
- Documentation & Training: Develop clear support documentation and deliver targeted training to empower users across the network.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with software vendors to resolve issues, coordinate upgrades, and ensure optimal system performance.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all application support activities adhere to healthcare privacy, security, and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Information Technology, Business Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in application support or systems management, with at least 2 years in a healthcare or clinical environment.
- Proven experience supporting EMR platforms and rolling out major business applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work hands-on in both remote and onsite settings.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and privacy standards.
