Why You’ll Love This RoleAs an Integrated Manufacturing Technician, you’ll be part of a dynamic maintenance team in our state-of-the-art facility in Wolverhampton. Here’s what you can expect:
- Work with advanced manufacturing technologies, including automated equipment, robots, and laser joining systems.
- Receive top-notch training, including Siemens, Kuka, and ABB Robotics Training.
- Contribute to the production of Battery Packs, Electric Drive Units, and other electrification machinery.
In this multi-skilled role, you will:
- Be the first response to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime while adhering to safe working practices.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks and ensure timely completion.
- Implement permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Participate in weekend and shutdown work, delivering projects as needed.
- Embrace ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills.
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- A relevant Level 3 NVQ/BTEC/City and Guilds in Engineering.
- Significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with CNC Machining Centres and conveyor systems.
- Strong knowledge of Siemens PLCs and electrical fault-finding techniques.
