About
We are seeking a motivated Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is central to fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for accurately picking products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have good stamina for walking and standing for extended periods, and be committed to Safety. Experience with RF scanners and a basic understanding of our Logistics processes are beneficial. You will frequently engage in manual Lifting of products. We prioritize a safe working environment and require strict adherence to all Safety policies, including the proper use of PPE. Your speed and accuracy in picking directly impact our customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Verify picked items against order details.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform manual Lifting of products as required.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent manual Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work on your feet.
- Understanding of Safety practices and proper use of PPE.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics principles is a plus.
