Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with a team to ensure smooth warehouse operations, adhering to all safety protocols and company standards. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies.
- Stock inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling.
- Operate manual and powered equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all PPE guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, especially concerning lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
