Job Summary:
Our state-of-the-art Distribution Center in Dallas, Texas, is looking for a proactive and reliable Distribution Center Associate. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, involving a wide range of warehouse activities from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our facility. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
  • Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Assist with shipping operations, including loading trucks and verifying outgoing shipments.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet productivity targets and ensure operational excellence in our logistics processes.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in operating various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, is a significant plus.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent Lifting, standing, and walking.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
