We are seeking an Order Picker for our facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders by accurately locating and retrieving products from our warehouse. Your attention to detail and efficiency directly impact our **logistics** operations and customer satisfaction. This role requires physical stamina, precision, and a strong understanding of warehouse **safety** protocols. We provide all necessary **PPE** and expect all employees to adhere strictly to **safety** guidelines. You will be working with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses good organizational skills, and is capable of **Lifting** moderate weights. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items based on customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Locate products within the warehouse efficiently.
- Verify picked items against order requirements.
- Package items appropriately for shipment.
- Transport picked items to designated areas for consolidation or shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Comply with all **safety** regulations and wear required **PPE**.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Support the smooth functioning of our **logistics** department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking experience preferred.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse **safety** procedures and **PPE** usage.
- Understanding of **logistics** principles is a plus.
