Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing logistics hub in Richmond, Virginia. This role is fundamental to ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, handling a variety of tasks related to inventory management and order fulfillment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in receiving products, stocking shelves, picking items for customer orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to workplace safety are paramount. You will work collaboratively with a team to maintain a clean, organized, and productive environment. This position requires physical capability, including the ability to perform regular lifting and being on your feet for extended periods. Adherence to all company safety policies, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is mandatory. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory.
  • Organize and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
  • Pack orders carefully to ensure product safety during transit.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Follow all safety regulations and wear mandatory PPE.
  • Must be able to handle lifting of items up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Support the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of basic inventory procedures.
  • Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing PPE.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
