Join our growing team at the Distribution Center in Provo, Utah, as a Distribution Center Associate. This position offers a comprehensive role involving various aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. You'll be an essential part of our logistics chain, ensuring that products move efficiently and accurately through our facility. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming inventory.
- Sort and stock merchandise in designated areas of the distribution center.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload materials and products from trucks.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering strictly to all Safety regulations.
- Properly wear and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
- Must be able to perform moderate to heavy Lifting tasks regularly, up to 70 lbs.
- Support overall logistics and supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform the required tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
