We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our thriving warehouse team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your efficiency and precision are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth flow of our operations. This position is fundamental to our overall logistics strategy, ensuring that products are handled with care from the moment they are picked to the moment they leave our facility. We maintain a rigorous commitment to safety , requiring all team members to consistently use designated PPE and follow all established safety guidelines. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Locating and retrieving specified items from warehouse shelves using order lists or scanners.
- Verifying item accuracy against order requirements.
- Packing items securely into appropriate shipping containers.
- Applying shipping labels and preparing packages for dispatch.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock counts as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Supporting other warehouse functions when required.
